Process

First contact me directly to discuss your project.  Let me know how many pieces you’ll need, the date of your wedding, and when you hope to have to everything completed. You may refer to the price list to estimate the cost of your project.

• If you are choosing to use one of the designs I have already created the process is relatively straight forward. When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll ask for a $150 design deposit that goes toward the final cost of your invitation set. Minor adjustments and customizations are welcome! You get 3 rounds of edits before we finalize a design. Once your design is finalized, a 50% materials deposit is required to move forward. Additional rounds of edits are $30 each.
• If you are going with a custom design:    We will spend some time discussing your wedding: the theme, colors, location, feel and overall vibe of the day. You may provide images or any other supplemental material to help illustrate your vision.  Once I get a good idea of what you’re looking for, I will spend some time working on a few drafts. You will have three rounds of edits before we finalize a design.  Before I get started I do charge a design fee up front based on your specific needs. When the design is finalized I will send you a final quote and require a 50% materials deposit that will go toward the final cost.

Cost
My pricing is based on how many items you order and which pieces you’ll need. Letterpress involves a lot of fixed costs and initial set up. So, pricing starts at a relatively set rate and goes up from there. Likewise, the cost per card goes down the more you order, since these fixed costs are distributed over more cards.

To really understand the quality of letterpress it is always best to see samples first hand.  If you are in the Chicago we can make arrangements to meet in person.  OR if you are out-of-state you may order a letterpress sampler.  You can order a wedding sampler in my Online Shop or through my Etsy Shop.

You can choose one of the designs I have already created or we can work together to create a custom design.
